Hi There community. I purchased an item on May 23rd. I got the shipping information on the 26th on PayPal. When I looked at the tracking info, it had showed delivered on May 18th which was way before I had even purchased the item. I opened a case with PayPal because clearly this was extremely suspicious. I even checked the tracking history and it shows from beginning of May. I assumed that PayPal would review my notes and see that the day they authorized the payment the the tracking info the seller provided were not in line and that the seller clearly provided different tracking info. Well they closed my case and provided no reason at all. Customer Service response times right now are terrible and I have no way of appealing. The rep was telling me to click on some Appeal link that does not exist. I put a dispute charge with my bank but not sure what else to do or why PayPal would even close my case with the stuff they have on file to review. Have any of you experience this before and if so, how did you resolve it?
