I'd like to go through the Resolution Centre to ask for a refund of an online order which I cancelled within 2 minutes of placing the order. The seller never replied to my cancellation email, or any subsequent cancellation emails. The order was dispatched 2 weeks later and again I tried to stop it, but no reply, via email or on the phone. The item was delivered today but I refuse to take the item in and the driver took it back. I am not sure which option to choose to start a refund claim through the resolution centre.
