I filed a dispute case on April 7. The items I purchased arrived damaged and now it appears PayPal reviewed the information and updated the dispute today and I must respond by tomorrow with a tracking number! It took them over two months and they're only giving me 24 hours? So I looked at the tracking information it is in another language! I asked that they have the seller provide a pre-paid return label I can print and affix on the package to return. It is not my fault the items arrived in damaged condition. Advice? I can't get PayPal to answer my messages in a reasonable timeframe.
