Hi there, I've been trying to find a way to downgrade my account from Business to Personal but everytime I try to email PayPal, I am brought to a pop-up page with links to topics which DOES NOT include changing account type. I only get an answering machine when I call them, and apparently, they only take in calls within the US as the answering machine keeps demanding for my 10-digit phone number when in the country where I live, we have an 11-digit phone number. Would really appreciate any advice, as I'm quite disappointed at why PayPal is making it so hard to solve a simple issue as this. Cheers
