I recently had a resolutionthat was awarded in the sellers favor, however the seller provided fraudulant shipping information. I've tried 4 times to escalate this to a claim. The website says i can do this in the resolution center, however there is NO option to do so??? I've tried messaging about this, and am told i will be transfered to a claim representative, but then my messaging center conversation ends and i never talk to anyone. I've put several hours into this trying to get back a measly $40, but at this point it is about principle. I have zero confidence in Paypal's customer support at this point. Outsourced and untrained/uncoordinated effort on Paypal's part.
