PayPal will not help me resolve this. I ordered an item and received shipment confirmation email through PayPal on 5/23. When I track the item through the provided tracking number, it shows that it was packed on 4/20 and delivered on 5/4....three weeks before I presented it. I filed a dispute with PayPal but then they closed it when the vendor provided the same bogus tracking info. Now I have no way to dispute the decision. Does anyone have any ways to help resolve this or any success stories in actually being protected by PayPal?
