So recently, I was approved for unemployment in my state after a long wait and due to the Cares Act I got the extra amount per week. The first check is a paper check they mail to you. So I got 12 paper checks in the mail for 2 different amounts; 6 for my regular weekly unemployment and 6 for the Cares Act extra amount. PayPal is basically my main financial institution. I use it for everything with my PayPal cash card MasterCard Debit. After these paper checks my unemployment will be direct deposit. I used the PayPal app to cash some of the checks over the next few days after receiving the checks, only a few at a time due to the daily limit, which is fine. Now I have 3 checks left and suddenly PayPal has put a hold on checks processing on my account for some unknown reason. I can't call customer service because no live person will answer. (Believe me, I've tried). I am sitting patiently on Message Center waiting on a reply, but nothing yet. I need someone from PayPal to hopefully read this and lift the hold on my account so I can deposit these 3 checks, please.
