If your goods still haven't shown up and are untraceable with the nominated courier, firstly you have to make contact with the seller, so they can claim for lost parcels etc (if they ever sent them of course) after that as PayPal are the financial backer of the seller, its then up to them to refund back to you and themselves reclaim from the sellers account, failing that, If you use paypal as a go between to your own personal bank, then notify them with all info emails ,claims etc and normally your own banker will reclaim from Paypal then that forces Paypal to chase the reseller, long winded, but, financially thats all their interested in, they have their monies, they dont care if we ever get the goods, Just keep on at them I think this coronavirus excuse is way past its sell by date now, most people ARE back at work so no shortage of staff excuses, as it seems it hasnt stopped the Sales side of their business, just the complaints and customer care are short of staff
