I have been waiting 2 weeks for the seller to provide me with a shipping label so I could return an incorrect item (which they agreed to do). I escalated the claim with Paypal because the seller seemed to be stalling. The solution, after escalating, was that the seller offered me a full refund, after I return the product and the only option Paypal offers me is to provide a tracking number. Why can't I reject the seller's offer or provide feedback?
