I placed an order with Sports Direct on the 30th April for 2 pairs of trainers. I returned one pair with Royal Mail Signed For delivery, which PayPal have refunded return postage, which were signed for on 10th May at Sports Direct. I put a claim in through PayPal for a refund but my claim has been declined due to "This decision was made because your billing dispute doesn't match our qualification for a billing dispute." I've appealed twice but I'm no further forward. I've supplied various pieces of evidence such as order, emails etc.
