I paid for a web service via PayPal - ironically it was to build a PayPal payment gateway on my website. It doe not work and still links to sandbox. I raised a dispute for a refund and the seller has agreed to refund me if i send my website to him the post. The automated resolution system states that it will cancel my claim if I don't upload proof of postage and the seller receives it by June 1st. I cant get though to anyone at PayPal to speak to and don't know what to do. The seller is clearly dodgy and has no intention of fixing my website or refunding my payment.
