I have a dispute raised in PayPal over some goods which I ordered, but which never arrived and received no contact from the seller, also they were not responding to my queries. Ultimately I lodged a PP dispute stating very clearly that what I want as a result is a full refund, and equally clearly that the goods were no longer required (they were for a specific purpose which was time dependent). I have been chasing this dispute and unable to contact anyone other than the robotic auto-responses (why on earth are there no people available to talk to - if not by phone, then at least real-time chat ??), and now I have been informed that the goods are on their way !!! I am pulling my hair out over the utter inefficiency of PayPal during this covid outbreak, it seems that as well as lockdown, all common sense has also been removed. I have once again stated I WANT A FULL REFUND, PLEASE CONTACT THE SUPPLIER TO CANCEL THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY. Should PP ignore this clear instruction, I will be taking the case to the Ombudsman and seeking compensation for the stress and anxiety this has caused.
