So,after a long dispute process and appeal,paypal gave me back my money.Now I'm waiting on my limits to be removed,as I uploaded all the info they needed.They say it's 5 business days,but it's been already more.I understand all that covid thing going on right now,but still,in email I received there was nothing that says review can be delayed due to covid.This is non-acceptable,simple as that!For such big company to commit these irresponsible actions.I'm a senior,and the money I received is urgent for me right now,but they don't seem to care.Sorry for the rant,I just got a sneaky feeling I'm not the only one in this.

I'm pretty stressed out right now and asking for advice here I sold my keyboards for around 2500 USD,two days later I shipped it,and e-mailed him a tracking number. Right on the same day he opens a dispute,INR.I provided tracking.Paypal said to wait.After a couple hours they e-mailed me,asking for the copy of shipping label,I managed to get this,uploaded it.Today I woke up to e-mail saying the case was decided in my favor,as it should be right?And after about 8 hours after that,I receive another e-mail,saying they decided in the side of buyer...First of all,how they can re-decide the case,2nd how is this even possible when I provided valid proofs that the item was delivered?I already appealed the decision,but they say I should provide new information,which I don't have.Does it mean paypal violates it's own policy?I literally don't know what to do
