I HAVE BEEN WAITING WEEKS TO HEAR BACK FROM PAYPAL. I HAVE TO SIT IN A CHAT WINDOW 24/7 AND LITERALLY WHEN I FINISH MY NIGHT SHIFT AT WORK AND GO TO BED AND WAKE UP, I EITHER HAVE A REPLY THAT DOESN'T ANSWER ANYTHING OR I HAVE A SOMEONE CLOSING MY CHAT. I HAVE BEEN TOLD SOME LIES BY PAYPAL RECENTLY. ONE IS THAT AN AGENT @Jenny WAS CHECKING SOMETHING WITH ESCALATIONS AND THAT THEY WOULD RETURN IN 3-5 MINUTES. SHE HAD DISCONNECTED TWICE IN THAT CHAT AND 50 MINUTES LATER, STILL NO REPLY AND @Pankaj STARTED CHATT WHEN EXPLAINING MY ISSUE A 100TH TIME IN MY 100TH CHAT HE CLOSED THE CHAT COMPLETELY. THIS SERVICE IS A **bleep**ING JOKE!!!!! THERE IS NO CALL QUEUING SYSTEM THE SUPPORT IS NON EXISTANT AND SUCKS! HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE TO TALK TO IMMEDIATELY! I DO NOT GIVE A **bleep** ABOUT COVID-19.
