Hi everyone, My PayPal account has been limited for almost a year right now, because I surpassed the regulatory sending limit in the UAE of 3500-ish USD per year. PayPal has asked me to provide a sufficient proof of address. I'm incorporated in the UAE in a freezone in Umm al Quwain, I have a legitimate business setup, yet PayPal is not recognizing it or my documents. I've tried to come up with a proof of address that will make them happy (my lease, Transferwise corporate account statement, business license, visa copies, everything I have) yet nothing seems good enough. Alas, I've decided doing business in the UAE is too hard, I'm closing the company and moving my business to Romania. Now my question is, can I still get the money, or will it forever be lost? Is there any way I can last-minute still provide a valid proof of address, or can I prove that I'm running a Romanian company now and have the money transferred to that account? I operate from a flexi-desk, which means I can't provide utility or phone bills. All government issued documents I have are deemed unfit. My corporate account (Transferwise) is also invalid. Any advice is truly welcomed. PayPal hasn't answered my messages in over a month.
