Hi all Needing some help, bought a product and paid via PayPal but when the product arrived it was an illegal fake and not as pictured on website I opened a claim in the resolution centre and the seller offered a refund if I returned the product to a undecipherable Chinese address (different to where it says product was shipped from.) I declined to pay for return postage due to already paying for delivery and the product was a counterfeit. Offered to return if pre paid postage label was sent to which I've had no response. I escalated the claim and was sent a generic email saying to return the package (obviously not actually read the correspondence or viewed the file attachments) I then sent messages via the online chat 3 days ago to which I've had no response (appreciate delay due to c 19) now had another email saying send required information as below (non detailed) and saying claim will be closed if I don't send it. I've attached photos of website product pictures and pictures of product received plus detailing all discrepancies and identifying counterfeit markers. Struggling to negotiate app and web site to find a way to speak to representative.
