This company is actually communicating with me and I am in a loop..thanks for contacting us, we want to help you, if there is a problem with the product send us a picture...ridiculous. I purchased two hats with shields from Danton Co Ltd and payment went to Founton Co Ltd. I did not receive the hats and did receive a .25 pair of novelty sunglasses. I contacted the company and they sent me the shipping number. I then contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. Dispute was denied because company gave them a shipping number which showed I received something from them. PayPal is a partner in these fraudulent companies. I keep seeing people on the community post they are finished with PayPal...actually, I am cutting back what I will purchase through PayPal. I will pay through my credit card before PayPal now. Such frustration to just receive what I paid for. Ridiculous.

This is exactly what happened in my case. The company is called... Danton Co LTD and money went to Fountain Co LtD PayPal denied my claim because I received a .25 pair of novelty sunglasses instead of hats with shields I paid $41.37.

I, too received a switch in merchandise...from a different company...PayPal denied my claim because the seller provided shipping information saying I received what they shipped. I paid 41.37 and receive a .25 pair of novelty sunglasses...husband and I both wear prescription sunglasses and cannot even use the scam product...cannot contact PayPal to get this straightened out. I explained all in my complaint.

I think I am out of luck. I don’t have the original package this arrived in..came USPS. I wonder if I can open another case on this same seller and transaction. I purchased two hats with shields in March. Didn’t receive them. I did receive a pair of novelty sunglasses..no indication where they were from although they were from overseas so I assumed they were from the company I ordered the hats with shields from. I contacted the company and they said they shipped out my merchandise and to be patient. I was then filed a dispute in the resolution center. The case has been closed and my case was denied because the seller gave them a tracking number which said I received my merchandise. I did not..I received a .25 pair of novelty sunglasses (husband and I both wear prescription sunglasses) when I ordered and paid $41.37 for hats I didn’t receive. I cannot get in touch with anyone at PayPal..message doesn’t work..I have to choose a topic and they give me an answer for that topic and my answer is to go to the resolution center..which will not let me contact PayPal. I called and after waiting through all the long drawn out prompts I finally get a message that customer service is closed..at noon on a Wednesday. What a scam..a company lists hats for sale..sends a package with a .25 item and PayPal assists them in the scam. Sounds like I am in the wrong line of work. Anyone know how to get this resolved?
