Hi, I just upgraded my account to a business account and then PayPal ask me all the time three simple question but I just CAN´T answer it and continue. 1) Tell us about your Business? -this is okay, I chose Partnership 2) Sign up for a Business account - I put my registered individual email ID 3) ask password - I do 4) again they ask- Tell us about your business.. and the loop goes on (*attached are screenshot) I tried contacting help support, they gave me link for Merchant Technical Support. after two days of wait, they reply and ask us to contact Hel Support Team, and thus passing game started. Can anyone please help as my website is full-on start after 2 months of hard work and now I am not able to get orders because of this. Hope Paypal will do a better alignment in its Merchant support Team.
