I ordered an item that I saw the ad for on Instagram- it was a Hypervolt knock off for $100, and I was required to pay through PayPal. Turns out, the seller was located in China. After not receiving my item for months, and unable to get in touch with the seller, I opened a case. My case was denied, as the seller provided shipping information (which I never received). Great, except the shipping information showed that it was delivered to an address that wasn't mine. I told PayPal this, but they require proof of delivery to an incorrect address. USPS will not put addresses other than mine on a formal letter due to regulation, so I'm at a dead end. I do not have my product, and I am out $100. How is this fair? PayPal, you need better customer service, and you need to refund my $100. Has anyone else had a similar issue and had a better outcome?
