Me too! My case got denied. The item was not received. The Tracking # Provided is not related to my address. I contacted UPS and they confirmed the shipment was sent to another address. I request a confirmation that it was delivered to my address, otherwise I need my money back. I even shared in the case a copy of the UPS confirmation that states it was received by someone named Karen at a Front desk, and explained that First of all, I live at a house and do not have a front desk and secondly I do not know anyone named Karen. Lastly, I have contacted the seller as well as the website where I purchased this item. The emails I sent were returned back as an undeliverable email and the number listed in the website you cannot even dial it. It was a false seller. I am not going to accept a denied case if I do not receive a confirmation email indicating it was delivered to my address. I am very disappointed at this experience.
