When is paypal expected to have a fully functional customer service phone team available? I know due to COVID19 that paypal reps are in limited quantity, however when I call paypal's number and try to speak to a live person, the automated system essentially tells me that there are NONE available. I hope paypal isn't like this forever because there are some issues/scenarios that are much better when worked out by phone person to person. I know I can use their direct message center however that is not sufficient for me. Anyone have any input?
