Hey there, My bank account (Deutsche Bank) messed up a payment and it was rejected twice from PayPal. I had a friend send me the overdue amount and I finally got the negative balance on my account sorted. Then I couldn't use PayPal as normal again, my bank account was showing as a confirmed payment method but everytime I try to make a payment using PayPal, my account prompts a message to add a payment method, and the account starts to act as if there isn't any payment mehtod on the record. I now just tried to remove my bank account and add it again, but then I was faced with the error message "Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now.", I tried clearing cookies, and then using another new browser to add the bank account, but I'm still faced with "Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now." error message, mind that no VPN was active throughout the whole process as well. I don't have either a credit or debit card, only a Maestro card, and so I need to link my bank account. The customer service number is fully in German, can't get through to anyone. I was able to arrange a callback one time, the lady told mw she would transfer me to someone who spoke English, and then hung up. Please anyone help I've tried calling and using the most of my German for 10 times today but to no avail.
