I have business account with Paypal but I am unable to withdraw anything. I was operating the account from turkey and even though the company and the bank account I wanted to use for withdrawal are both from a european country, I found myself unable to link my account to a bankaccount. After contacting Paypal, they told me that they reviewed the account and that Paypal cannot do Business in Turkey. So what?Turkey got nothing to do with my account aside of the IP...i told them...so they reiterated their initial statement. To solve this problem, I asked a friend in my home country to add the bankaccount from there, thus making sure that I have the right IP, ...failed again...I contacted again and got as an answer "We do not offer services in Turkey"???Tried again with a VPN from my country...same thing!Because of this I have 10.000 EUR blocked on my account which I need to get out of there in order to pay my bills. Aside of copy pasting the same boring answer the support is totally useless.Do they actually care?I asked them to manually add my bank account information,...again got the same answer. I tried to contact them by phone,..but the line is closed due to (or maybe from their perspective, rather "Thanks to") Covid19. I feel like they are taking my company's money hostage!! I am SICK AND TIRED OF IT (I had trouble before, mainly with confirming my online account) and ceased to use Paypal as a payment processor for now. Does anybody here have been in the same situation?How did you solve it? Any help is appreciated!
