@Glimport If you have used up your x1 dispute per transaction on an item not received dispute that turns up then to open a second claim you would have to contact customer services and see if they will allow a second dispute to be opened for 'received but not as described'. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
