I am one of those ryanair customers who cannot get refund, and who cannot manage reaching ryanair; as I can see, I am not the only one. I asked paypal to refund, and opened two cases, concerning two purchases of airline tickets, where the flights were cancelled by the seller. Paypal sent me messages, asking if I received and accepted ryanair's vouchers; and those ones unfortunately landed oin my spam box. I was recurrently watching the (lack of) progress of my case on my iPhone, but at some stage I could not anymore reach the Resolution Center from my paypal iPhone app. Next paypal sent me a message that I did not respond, so they closed my case and ruled against my claim. I immediately sent them a message that I did not receive their resuest, and advised them that I wish to re-open my case, and that I do not accept vouchers (which I anyway did not receive, but even if I may receive them one day, I do not accept vouchers). Today paypal closed my second case, too -- whereas I clearly stated days ago, when my case was still open, that I did not receive any voucher, and I would not and will not accept vouchers. This is highly concernig! I received an email from paypal to my first complaint for and request to reopen my case-1, and there are instructions in it how to appeal against having my case-1 closed. Those instructions unfortunately do not work. As a last step, I would have to push on the Action / Appeal button, and submit my appeal against the closure of my case; but I cannot find such a button. This is extremely concerning!!! Where can I get help?
