I refunded a client a proportion of the sale amount. This was on the 2rd March. The client is claiming they still have not received it and it is now the 14th of May! On my side it is listed as "Partially Refunded" and complete. It will not let me raise a dispute for this transaction. What can I do? PayPal is also closed because of COVID so I can't talk to anyone. The client did say they anciently added an email that was not attached to their PayPal but I assume this shouldn't matter and the money should go straight back into the card. Cheers Regan
