I ordered something and paid through pay pal. The charge was sent through twice through pay pal. I contacted them and they denied it. I contacted the vendor and they said that the payment was on hold- which its not because it already came out of my checking account twice. Now, I can dispute the dispute or talk to anyone about it. This happened before where I was charged for two of something and I only received one. They denied this too. Has anyone gotten any help form pay pal? They don't seem to take much time researching and how can they deny what is clearly an invalid charge?
