Unfortunately these guys are doing the rounds worldwide by cloning real websites and sending face masks. Fortunately, I paid for my scammed item via my credit card which gave me the option of also using my Banks' Fraud Assist Service. In your case, my understanding is that a PayPal debit Mastercard is issued by Synchrony Bank, so you could try contacting either Mastercard and/or Synchrony Bank directly to see if they will dispute the transaction under their 'zero fraud liability' clauses. Useful to have some screenshots, emails (Trendsown sent me a bunch before my face masks turn up), and the face masks (courier bag if you still have it) you received in place of your shirt in case the bank/Mastercard want supporting evidence - mine didn't however.
