After placing an order in early February only 1 of the 4 items have arrived. After asking several times for a refund via private email and through PayPal I was having little response and when I did get a message back it wasn’t offering a refund. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they are now offering a refund however have asked me to close the dispute before this refund as ‘PayPal has frozen the funds’ and in order for the payment to go through the dispute has to be closed. This seemed strange to me as I Believe the funds should show in my account before marking the issue as resolved. Is this just a way for them to get rid of the issue?
