Sadly this is happening a lot, and PayPal is not standing by their customers, and they are turning a blind eye to the fraud that is going on. This bogus seller JUST updated my account with a tracking number a few days ago, stating that the FitBit was 2 day aired and delivered back in May. I am trying to get information from UPS on the tracking number, as it is the actual tracking number from the REAL FitBit company that I went to after the fact and purchase an actual FitBit from after getting **bleep** from this international fraud scheme. I even have the emails from FitBit showing when I purchased it, which was after this all happened, and emails with tracking information. I would suggest you open a case with the CFPB, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They are the watch dogs for this kind of thing. They made PayPal answer my claim. It did not do much, but at least there is now something out there and if enough people file claims against them, they may be forced to step up to the plate and do more. My bank settled this for me, and took the money back, they have also frozen my account to PayPal trying to suck the money back out... which they have tried to do a few times. PayPal is not on our side as a user, and I will never use them again. I have already started changing over payments that were being made directly through them (Hulu, etc) and have let all my friends know as well. I hope you are able to get some recourse in your actions and I am so sorry you are dealing with this too!
