Has anyone had PayPal refuse to give you a refund even though you have submitted info (and so has the seller) that your account has been refunded? I contacted my credit card company today. PayPal initially dismissed my first dispute. I reopened the case. I used them to help protect me from criminals. Now, comes to find out PayPal is the actual criminal. Did I mention I have documentation saying I got a refund....YES I DID! I am frustrated that the customer service seems to think we can sit by and wait on them for hours to chat. I started a chat, Patricia was so clueless, she mentioned other refunds I am not disputing. Now, they disconnected and can't even message us? This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance
