Returned an item to a well known company in New York on 3/16/20 via UPS. Used company shipping label with UPS tracking. Tracking shows package received on the 17th of March. Attempts to contact company customer service was unsuccessful. Filed claim with PayPal. Provided tracking number as well as tracking number showing package was delivered. Also provided a copy of the shipping label. PayPal denied my claim as they stated I did not provide proof the package was returned. Anyone know what other proof one needs to provide? Finding this whole situation incredibly frustrating!
