I received merchandise yesterday. I am extremely disappointed with the PayPal process. Very difficult to maneuver thru the system. This issue should not have taken over two months to resolve with little to no assistance provided by PayPal. Rating this as poor, at the very best.

Ordered merchandise on April14, 2020 with PayPal payment same day to company. Apparently this firm has terrible business practices of not fulfilling orders nor refunding funds paid. I intend to register a complaint with PayPal and will continue to try to obtain a refund. Would appreciate contact info from those that have communicated with Lilyidea
