We applied for a staff member to have access to our account to view. It was rejected as the identification was not what was required apparently. We resubmitted it and again declined. We've resubmitted it and it says its in the process of being reviewed. During the time thats it's being reviewed PayPal puts restrictions on our account and will not let us transfer out any money. The problem is that it seems to be stuck in review and no one is reviewing it. For over two months now and several emails to them all unanswered we are still not able to transfer money out rending PayPal useless for us and still have our money. Paypal phone lines are down during Covid, so we don't seem to have any other options. We've even emailed them asking to cancel that staff members application and reinstate our account without the restrictions but still no response for two months. Not good enough PayPal, we are patient but 2 months to solve such a simple issue is ridculous.
