Hi, has anyone had a case closed due to the 180 days payment period? My case has been cancelled as the service paid for was a group trip abroad but with COVID 19 we are unable to fly. The seller will not refund us the deposit and PayPal closed my dispute case straight away seeing it was outside of 180 days yet with a travel trip I don't see how this is fair. I wasn't able to transfer to a claim in time either it occurred quickly. Any help please?
