Hello there, I do content writing services and got paid by invoice by the agency I work in. I have the " You have successfully updated order information. You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification " message with the money being put on hold. I have no explanation, nobody has contacted me and no idea whatsoever to do right now. PayPal is not answering and I am becoming more and more desperate. What does the message mean? Does the verification start at the day of the transaction? And what is the verification anyway? Hello everyone! I am trying desperately to set up my account, but I don't receive an SMS verification code on my phone. I've read everything in the forum so far, including the suggestion that my mobile operator is filtering specific numbers - I called them and checked up with them and they confirmed that they don't filter anything. I believe them because I use this number for a number of other services and have never faced an issue. Customer service seems to be not working with PayPal. I've tried emailing my issue, but instead just received an automatic answer from the help section, describing "How to" safely enter your phone, receive the SMS, etc. It seems there is a wall I am facing, which is impossible to open. And PayPal maybe is not as reliable as I've believed it was. Please, I need your help, it's an urgent matter I need to deal with. Eugene042
