So right into it. I seen this image of someone in live chat asking about a dispute/paypal claim. Supposedly they only had to give a dispute/transaction ID and they gave them the information regarding the status. Now this person has NOTHING to do with the dispute and apparently got it after giving them the info. My question is Is this possible to get the information regarding a dispute without being a customer or are there privacy laws to where the person has to be involved with the said dispute And is there even live chat at the moment?
