Sorry to hear this also happened to you. Due to Covid-19 Paypal's customer service has been closed and no one is answering our calls. This is what i did: I went to: https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx and i filed a claim with them explaining the scam. I also went to the FTC (Federal Trade commission) website and i filed a claim there: https://www.ftc.gov/about-ftc/bureaus-offices/bureau-consumer-protection. They are tracking the down these hackers and the more people filling claims the better. Lastly: Call your bank (the one attached to your PayPal account) and ask for the Fraud department. Tell them you have been robbed by an internet fake store. Explain to them briefly what happen and also let them know you filed two claims with the FBI. Make sure you print the claims so you can email them to your bank as evidence. If you Bank via Chase they have a huge list of customers affected by this so they already have a claim against PayPal. I got my money back in 10 minutes after i filed the claim. Not all banks work the same, so i hope yours does. 🙂 Hope this helps! Good Luck!!!
