I purchased an expensive item and never received a confirmation of any kind. The only way I knew it went through was that paypal charged me. I got a USPS confirmation email from paypal A WEEK AFTER it said it was delivered (it wasn't). I attempted to contact the seller three times with no response. When I finally moved it to dispute level I immediately got an email from PayPal saying the dispute was closed in the sellers favor. I cannot reach anyone at Paypal and their CS line says it's closed. How is it that you are accepting funds but are not open to help? I am very concerned that more scam companies are coming online because they know PayPal is not available. This is not good business practice!
