Trying to set up a new account. We get the "your account is limited" message, and when we click on the resolve button, it takes us to the page which shows all green ticks against the information entered, so we have no idea what the actual problem is. It's been like this for over 3 weeks. When I try the "Contact Us" route, all I end up doing is going around and around in circles, ending up back at the "Resolve Now" button which repeats the same process again and again. The would appear to be no way to actually send a message to Paypal that isn't answered by one of their scripted responses. I'm half tempted to just quit now, and we'll just offer Stripe on our website as a payment option. Is there a real PayPal person who actually reads these messages?
