I had large sum of money stolen from my PayPal account and need to speak with someone at PayPal ASAP but their call center is not open. The dispute function appears to be an automated process that automatically rejects almost everyone from what I can read on these forums and online. The response was that it was deemed "normal" activity. The fraudulent payment from my account was 4x larger than purchase I have EVER made, and 40x larger than any purchase I have made in the past 6 months. It was sent to an individual outside of the US, which I have NEVER done, dealing with a user that I have NEVER interacted with. HOW is that possibly "normal" course of business?? I'm floored at how PayPal isn't helping me deal with this. I think it would help if I could speak to a human, not their automated messages. How can I contact a live human being at PayPal??? Anyone have any insight here... I'm starting to think this is actually the perfect time to steal from PayPal users because customer service is non-existent and it's actually incredibly easy to keep honest people's money. So sad.
