Hello! About one month ago I listed my first item on e-bay. A couple of days later a potential buyer contacted me and told me that he tried to pay for the item I had listed but he was unable to do that, receiving the following message:We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address. After that I contacted e bay and they informed me that everything was fine regarding my listing and my e bay account so I should contact paypal! I did that and they also told me that everything is OK. After that I double checked shipping options and told the buyer to try again! He told me that nothing changed! Then I contacted customer service again and they told me again the same thing. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have been trying one month now (checking account settings etc) and nothing changed and I am very disappointed with this situation!!
