I have just tried changing my DD. Said it would be applied from 29th November - yesterday!!!! Go back to it and it's back at the old lower amount. It also says " We'll never transfer more than your last statement balance or less than the minimum payment due." which is clearly rubbish.

I have just been called by PayPal as my minimum payment for PayPal Credit hadn't been made. I changed my DD to more than cover the minimum payment, and have an email to confirm when I did and when the payment date was - I couldn't prove this at the time as I wasn't at my computer. It appears this wasn't changed according to my instructions and I've gone over my payment date and had to make an extra payment. How can I be sure this won't happen again, do i just try and amend the DD again?

I referred a friend on 29th January (send 1p, they sign up and spend £5, Ends 31 March) who made a purchase of £11.49 on 17th March. Neither of us has received the promised £10. I can't find any help for this anywhere. The email states: Why not invite a friend to PayPal? Send 1p to a mate Even better, you can do this with up to five friends
