Hi all. Anyone can help me or give me advices? So i have problem with purchase. I ordered Apple iPhone X from eBay seller. ( about 400$ ) I received definitely defective device, touch screen bot worked as well and i opened PayPal case as i wanted to return it back to the seller and reorder another one from another seller. I opened PayPal case, seller accepted my return and i was required return item back to the seller. Well, i shipped item ( which I received ) back to the seller and i sent it with USPS. Once item was successfully delivered back to the seller I contacted seller and requested my refund but i have not received any response from seller. Okay, I still waited for refund from PayPal as i uploaded tracking information which shows that item was returned back to the seller. USPS scanned it as delivered ( Left with individual ) but I received email from PayPal. Email contains: “ We received the case(s) you filed on 29 April 2020 We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we found that you did not return the merchandise to the merchant. For PayPal to accept your claim, you must return the merchandise to the merchant.” But i returned item back to the seller and provided tracking number. Seller did not responded me. I tried to Appeal case but i did not find any appeal option. I emailed PayPal 4 days ago but i have not received any response from them. P.S. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency, PayPal phone lines are currently closed and i cant contact them via phone call. Need help. What can i do? Thanks
