I am in the middle of the PPP loan process. I received a Docusign set of documents for signature verification. This sets up the process and leads to loan issuance if approved. I keep getting an error message that the envelope (info) can't be read or the account is not activated. I have sent numerous emails to the man who sent me the documents from LoanBuilder. No response to multiple emails. I have called LoanBuilder, but due to high call volumes, they have an answering service. No returned calls. I have sent PayPal a trouble/help request. No answer back. How do I get access to these DocuSign Docs so that I can archive my signature and go to step 3 of the loan process?
