Again, this doesn't help me. I go to the link you sent and I only have the option to message PayPal (which they can't help me through messaging) or phone (phone lines are not working) or come here to 'ask the community' or go to the 'resolution centre' (which does not help me). You are still not giving me a solution or a direct way to contact someone that can actually help me. I have vendors that need to be paid right now. This lack of service is ridiculous. Please get back to me with an actual way of helping me.

Hi. We are unable to enable payouts in our live environment. I click on enable on the developer site (see screenshot) and it says to contact them. I click on contact us and it just sends me to their generic contact page. The phone lines aren't open, so no one answers me there. I tried the chat and they say they can't help me. Now, they're not answering me at all. I have no way to enable payouts and I currently have vendors waiting to receive their payouts. I need help with this urgently.

I am in the exact same boat. I can't enable the payouts. No one will help me and I have vendors waiting for payment. Have you gotten any help with this yet? No one answers the phone and the chat people say they can't help me. I don't know what to do.

I'm having the same problem. We've just gone live on our website and the payout function is not working. We weren't aware that we have to request to enable payouts in the live environment. However, there seems to be no way to enable it now because the phone lines are closed and the people on chat say that they can't help me. There must be a way to enable payouts on my account some other way. The is holding up the entire functionality of our website.

Hi! What was your alternative solution? I've been trying to get Payouts enabled on my account and no one is able to help me. I can't get can answer from anyone.

I have a business account and am trying to enable payouts, but it says to contact PayPal as they need more information. However, the phone lines are down and the people on chat said they can't help me. They sent me to Tech support and they said they don't have the ability to help either. Anyone have their PayOuts enable another way besides calling?
