Hello Everyday, I’ve recently sent a message to PayPal help service asking why the family member transfer is not available anymore in my account (I had to send some money to my sister to help her during the pandemic shutdown). After a week, I got a call from PayPal. The guy was speaking Tunisian dialect, I asked him that when I used to study In France, I had the option to send money to friends and family, now I can’t. Well He proudly explained to me that " The option is disabled for ARABS so there will be no terrorism founding!!!!! ". I was speechless by his answer, this is the most discussing thing I ever heard in my life, I tried to talk to him about this but the guy couldn’t understand anything from what I was saying, I spoke to him in Arabic, French, or English. He just kept saying yes. At the end he affirmed that he didn’t understand anything (what a service). I couldn't believe that answer I had to go back the call recording to make sure that was I heard is correct. I'm looking for a way to file a complaint against that call center as I tried by message center but I got no reply. Regards
