How blind does paypal customer resolution specialists have to be to not see in the proof of delivery, received by and receiving location, weight of packages, or lack of address to see that they received a fake UPS tracking number. Every piece of information was wrong in the proof of delivery except the city and state, yet my case was denied based off of a flimsy fake UPS tracking number. Their call center is down, their live chat is down, and they've legitimized a scammer with no way for me the customer to dispute this. What can I do?
