Same problem I’ve been waiting longer than 24 hours. I love the way other businesses still have phone support, even small businesses. PayPal support is so bad and there is no phone support. All they do is just want to keep our money. I’ve tried emailing them but it’s been weeks and no reply.

Hi there, If your friend has sent you the payment and neither of you and your friend see the transaction appearing in your “Activity” list then this is normal please wait 15-20 minutes and it should appear shortly.

Hi there, If the payment has been marked as “completed”. It means that the payment has gone through without an issue. To receive you money back, you will need to ask your friend to visit their “Activity” page on their account and find the transaction. From there they will need to send you a refund. Hi there, I would recommend to visit the help page. https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us At the bottom of your page, Click the “Message us” button and you will be greeted by an automated bot. To speak to a human type in something in the line of “I need to speak to an agent”. Due to the Covid-19 crisis it may take sometime to get a response but you can come back at anytime and you will be reconnected to an agent. Hope I’ve helped.
