Paypal wrongly closed two cases in terms of fradulent seller who only provided tracking ID, yet neither of the items received. The seller should claim through their delivery provider for non-fulfilment. I should not be penalised by PayPal and eBay (ebay removed item due to non-compliance of their rules, so I can't even open a claim against them), and PayPal - automatically state you have no right to appeal!!!! PAYPAL AND EBAY IS FRAUDULANT!!! How do you get this re-opened and money returned? Thanks, PayPAL ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!!
